How the heck are we supposed to prepare for the winter when our clothes are worn out from wearing them most of the summer. We wanted sunshine to carry us through the dark months, not this ...................... (today it is extremely winter like)
As a S A D sufferer (seasonal affected disorder) depression grips like a vice on gloomy days where I feel there is no hope in the skies, but here on earth - let's return, I promise to stop whinging, there is HOPE!
So far loneliness sufferers have come together made friends, got phone numbers, kept each
other company in the evenings and weekends. They come to Chitter Chatter Group to connect then meet each other outside CCC's'.
Some have started a Monday Lunch Club, some are going dancing together, some coffee together and attend hospital appointments together.
The Future is Bright if you give yourself the chance to meet us.
You can meet us by emailing, signing up at thechitterchatterclub.co.uk, or if you can come into a Chitter Chatter or watch us on Facebook/Insta.
You can catch up on earlier newsletters giving hope, tips to overcome, and a sense of belonging.
Loneliness brings us Together, not apart.
Together we can create an army to battle loneliness together.
Please Please Please Do Not do this winter along inside your head.
Loneliness Brings Us Together, Not Apart.
