Looking For A Way Out of Loneliness

Everyone who admits they are lonely, is looking for a way out. That’s why you have come here and are reading this.

We want you - out of loneliness and this is a great place to start but it is your choice on how much effort you put into your recovery.

 

We don’t offer a magic bullet and there is no magic wand. We (all who have connected through loneliness and Chitter Chatter)  know the trauma of loneliness. We  know you will take as much as you can bear until finally, you begin to make different choices.

 

However, if you are in a place where you cannot make choices, you need to see your GP.

This may seem like the impossible, but we want you to go. If you cannot, phone your local mental health Crisis Team and let them know. They Care!  We Care! And you deserve a good life!

 

That is why I am using my life, my loneliness history to help you recover too.
