Aims

We aim to tackle the loneliness epidemic.

Connect with people and bring hope of recovery from loneliness through mass advertising, flyers, free empowering monthly newsletter and in person.

We aim to greet and welcome loneliness sufferers in Chitter Chatter Clubs with a lovely friendly volunteer.

We aim to connect people, introduce them and create sociable friendly chats.

We aim to give guests health and wellbeing workshops occasionally and signpost guests to other services.

We aim to increase our bank of health and wellbeing practitioners who refer and bring along patients to the CCCs.

Values

We value our responsibility for working with highly vulnerable guests.

We value transparency in all our business/financial actions.

We value empathy in all connections, truth, honesty, excellent communication.

We value our volunteers as if they are family.

We value people's comments, criticisms and complaints.

We see, hear and value everyone.

We value sound training in all our policies and procedures, our main focus is safeguarding.
