fIf you do not have a chitter chatter in your town, let's start one.

With the Chitter Chatter Clubs, we are a group of friendly, welcoming volunteers, who work selflessly, giving time and love to help you overcome loneliness. This is good for yours and our mental health, it gives us all a purpose in life and helps us all build new friendship groups.
We need financial help so if you can pop a £1 in our donation pot, we will be eternally grateful to keep this Couch To Cafe loneliness recovery programme going.
We enjoy unashamed loneliness together on Nature Walks, in Chitter Chatter groups and we always have a giggle and crazy selfies.

There is so much hope out of there, we just need to steer people towards it and connection. Loneliness is a deep darkness, so dark it takes over our lives. This can be changed with one big gulp of courage.'

Come along for a Free Nature Walk in
Dorset's beautiful countryside, once a month.
Come and go as you please. Meet new people every
time.

OUR MISSION is to end loneliness by providing safe, friendly places where people can come and be social. By assuring a warm welcome to all, the chance to build new friendships, be involved in informal community support and improve physical and mental health we aim to reduce the impact loneliness has not only on the individual but on those services that they come to rely on.
We will do this by reaching out to intervene at the earliest stages in the lives of those suffering from loneliness through mass media invitations/health and wellbeing practitioners. Inviting guests to sign up for our Free Monthly Empowering Loneliness Recovery Newsletter and attend a CCC in their local area when they are able. Our aim is to establish more CCCC's across Dorset to build individuals' confidence , empower people and promote better mental health and social mobility. This opportunity provides access to making new friends at Free chat tables and through Free monthly nature walks, creating splinter groups, addressing loneliness beyond CCC's timetable and building stronger, friendlier and more resilient communities.
